John Skuse
CEO, Founder
An experienced security industry professional and Blue Ocean Strategy enthusiast focused on pioneering and developing the market for new Security Initiatives, particularly improvements in standardizing and establishing processes.
John managed a Safe City Program, which contracted with several cities across the DFW Metroplex and more, to consult and implement upon the rapidly growing interest in the effective, turnkey, mass deployment of “Single-Pane-Of-Glass” Enterprise Security Systems involving the implementations of both Rapid Deployment and Facility Video Surveillance, Enterprise Access Control, Centralized Intrusion, Forensic Video Analytics, and the buildout of Real Time Crime Centers.
During his 6+ year duty, John served several clients by providing white glove project management, standardizing security installation needs for new and renovated construction for use by A&E and GC’s, designing and estimating 250+ facility security installations, managing execution by both internal project and field teams, building efficiencies into core business processes, branding a statewide recognized company, and establishing a name in the Security Industry for building mutually beneficial partnerships.
John's deductive approach to problem solving led him on a path to tackle a common yet overlooked issue that affects multiple facets of Public Safety, IT Solutions, Property Management, Contractors, and more. He serves today as the CEO and Founder of SECMAPTEC.
